Two phases, a few ways in

Phase 1 is Agora's to run. We can step in as lightly or as closely as makes sense before the summer launch. Phase 2 is the deeper engagement: strategy, brand expression, and website design for the early 2027 launch, with build added if scope requires. Aither helps complex fintech and infrastructure teams turn technical products into clear, market-facing systems.

Phase 2 Foundation as the core engagement, with the Phase 1 Audit as the early touchpoint. Respects Agora's timeline, builds the relationship before the bigger commitment, and positions the launch properly.Advisory protects pace and budget. The Audit is the sharpest version of it: a structured outside read before the summer launch, leaving room to step into Phase 2 with the relationship already warm.Sprint is the most direct route to a launch-ready system. If only one fits, Phase 2 Foundation is where the leverage lives: strategy, brand expression, and website design ship as one connected build. The Retainer is for teams that want a design partner across the year, not a single moment. Lower monthly cost than a stacked Sprint, and flexes around what's actually live that month.Five ways to engage, paced from light-touch advisory to ongoing partner. Recommended is the ladder we lead with; the others scope around what fits.

Phase 1 suggestions

Phase 1 ships as an interactive deck: every recommended option presented as a click-through route per page, with the final strategy locked in at the end. Equipping your team to build, not building. Below is what ships inside it.

Recommendation

Core deliverables + Wireframe and Motion options. Lands at 3 weeks.

Not in Phase 1

Development and build sits with your team. High-fidelity visual page concepts ship as a tight follow-on right after the sprint.

Phase 2

Scoped together once Phase 1 is underway, paced to the OCC milestone.

Phase 1 proposal → last mile

Updated against your team's edits. Same intent as the brief, with the shape adjusted: four-page scope locked, brand grounding added as a working block inside the sprint, search visibility elevated to a priority, and the brand audit deferred for later.

Brand grounding + moodboard, folded in

Sits inside the sprint as a working block before visual direction begins. Your team brings us up to speed on where the brand stands. We build the moodboard together. Becomes the foundation for the visual follow-on.

Search visibility elevated

Treated as a real priority inside the sprint. Same two-layer read (traditional SEO + AI retrieval across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), with extra weight on prioritization and sequencing of the moves.

Brand audit deferred

Out of Phase 1. Stays available as a standalone read later if the need surfaces.

Inputs · clean slate for Phase 1

No analytics or research needed for Phase 1. Both enter the conversation when Phase 2 scopes.

Questions for you

Three yes/no calls to lock the final quote. Wireframes is the one we'd say yes to first.

?

Wireframes · in or out?

Page-level direction made visual, before design begins. Without them, the visual phase relitigates structure and aesthetic at the same time, and revision rounds compound. This is the one we'd say yes to first.

?

Motion · in or out?

Animated assets (motion graphics, illustrated moments) layered into pages where storytelling needs them. Not page or scroll motion.

?

Fully drafted copy · in or out?

Per-page copy drafted to spec, instead of pattern-level recommendations. Lifts writing weight off your team.

Deliverables

Add-ons

All three earn their place. Wireframes is the one we'd say yes to first, because without them the visual phase ends up doing structural work too, which is where revision rounds compound.

How it ships

Phase 1 ships as a password-protected interactive deck on aither.co, with click-through routes per page and Figma-style inline commenting so your team can react and decide inside it. A clean static export is on hand whenever you need one for distribution outside the team.

Our recommendation

Core deliverables plus wireframes, landing at 3 weeks. Brand grounding lays the visual foundation. Wireframes lay the structural one. Both feed the visual follow-on, so it walks in with structure already settled. Motion and fully drafted copy stay optional.

Not in Phase 1

Build and development sits with your team. Brand audit deferred. High-fidelity visual page concepts ship as the tight follow-on right after the sprint.

Phase 2

Scoped together once Phase 1 is underway. Analytics, lead-flow data, and internal user research enter the conversation here.
